AT Joan's Gardens Challenge #7

An oval, polka dots and use vellum on a card was the Challenge 7.
For this card I used  Sweet Stamps Parchment Craft Vellum and Sweet  Stamps Pearl Embossing Powder on a  Cling Stamps rubber stamp that I bought in on a trip I made Solvang last November called Heart  Flourishes.  I put the embossed white vellum over white cardstock and adhered it with Scotch vellum tape.  The flowers are from a sticker set of flowers that I don't have the number of anymore.  The holographic gold line edges are stickers is by Starform. My stickers came from Pop-Ups Etc.  I colored the flowers with Tim Holtz distress markers, following El's tutorial, and using high quality water color paper. The thinking of You sticker  is on a Perfect Polka Dot (SU) embossed oval.  (Spellbinders Classic Ovals set) S4-112)   The dies, stickers, vellum, embossing powders, are all available at Joan's  Gardens.
