At Joan's Gardens Challenge #7

The challenge this week is polka dots, an oval and vellum.  This card is based on polkadotted blue paper, name of manufacturer was not on it. The owl paper is by Snips and Snails called nighty night (3231). The owl is a  SU stamp from Fox and Friends stamp set.  Happy Graduation and Congratulations are stamped on blue vellum and oval cut. The background of the owl paper looks like polka dots, but it is really stars, so stars cut from the polka dot paper, and from velum and accented with star rhinestones finish the card.  The yellow organza bow is sewn in, and you will see a tutorial I wrote for creating sewn in bows coming up in the March edition of Papers and Pixels Magazine. The ink I used for the owl was by Encore--Ultimate Metallic Copper on photo paper. Circular and oval dies and punches are available at Joan's  Gardens.
