Dragon Sprite Birthday Card

This is the adorable Dragon Baby Sprite by Aurora Wings, colored in Prismacolor pencils and accented with Nuvo glitter drops and Wink of Stella.  The candles are from the My Favorite Things Happy Birthday Candles die and stampset.  The Happy Birthday Sentiment inside the Pop Up Window Slider is by Just Rite Stamps in their Grand Sentiments collection, embossed in SU tempting turquoise ink. The beautiful plaid paper for this was a gift with purchase from Lawn Fawn, one of my favorite crafting stores to buy from.   The Die that created the Window Slider Pop Up is by  Sunny Studios.  The inside sentiment reads "Have you ever wondered how a dragon blows out birthday candles? Have an exciting, fabulous, healthy, wonderful year. --name"

This is the Birthday Celebration stampset from SSS embossed Blackberry Bliss

Sentiment reads   Happy Birthday (Name)
Have you ever wondered how a dragon blows out her birthday cancles?
Well, if you haven't---AND if you see a dragon fly
....best you drink the flagon dry!
Have a wonderful year, dear friend!
(Note to self) on dark paper, use a textured embossing folder

Happy 80th Birthday Pastor Lubach

As our beloved Pastor, Rev Dr. Jim Lubach, celebrates his eightieth birthday February 24th, I made him a card and a post it note holder for his special day.  The candles cardfront is a My Favorite Things Birthday Candles Die, (See also Here) backed with holographic foil, the gold glitter paper cut out A Tag for All dieset by Avery Elle birthday sentiment, and the 80 is from the EK Success numbers and symbols dieset. The pearl Cross is a sticker from Pop Ups Etc, and the tag punch (SU) is embossed with Taylored Expressions EF.  I made the woodgrain in photoshop and printed the decorative paper.

Slide and Pop Draw Box

L is for Luck backside of pop up.

With the Chocolate Bar in place

This little gift of a Cadbury Chocolate bar is a little sliding drawer box inspired by "mixed up craft" tutorial for a Slide and Pop Draw Box. The little flip up surprise is a thank you (with good luck wish on the flip side), and the DP is from SU. Cutout butterflies are on the box, and all the butterflies are touched with clear wink of stella.  A fun little surprise is in store for the recipient of this quick and pretty little way to give a thank you or get well wish.

Nuvo drops, ribbons and cutouts from SU DP create the second slide and pop tray.

The one below is my favorite.  I made it for my Physiotherapist, Steven, who has helped me so much to gain range of motion, mobility, confidence and strength after my knee replacement surgery on February 4th.  It is made with Graphic 45 Tag and Clock dies (metallic paper)and Graphic 45 regular tag and gears die.  Charms and ribbons are from my stash and the black buttons are melted pony beads.  Inside medallion popup sentiment was made in Photoshop

Using light pink paper and spritzed with Shimmer Mist, dp for the dragonfly cutout.
