Roll Up Treat Boxes

These rollup boxes are so much fun to make. They take quite a lot of 12x12 paper, but the end result is a very unique roll up box for trinkets, gifts or treats.
The tutorial for this project is found at Mixed Up Craft

Tag Card--Happy Birthday Betsy

This cute tagbook pop-up card was created with Karen Burniston's Tag book kit (#1023) Her creative kits have so many ideas packed in, and her assembly tutorials make these cards that look so complex, really easy.

On this card I also used the "You are on my Mind" stamp from Technique Tuesday's "Iris" stampset, the inside sentiment reads "Every now and then life needs to be turned upside down to get back to the right way up."  This is from Ranger Stamps Dylusions called "Clearly Quotes". I used a clip art owl, sticker fleur-di-lis, hearts from the tagpopup 17 piece dieset, little birds from SU Thoughtful Branches.  Flowers are made from punched or fussy cut paper; one flower is created out of three ladybugs.  The glitter gel dots are on the tag holes (rather than ribbon) and and sending a hug is from a 15 year old mini stampset that came with some card kit from Annie's Attic.  The basic cardstock is SU So Saffron, Chocolate Chip and Crumb Cake. Ciao is a SU stamp from the stampset Ciao Baby and is stamped in distress oxide.  The DP from the last sheet of a paper pack that has long since lost its cover.  That's the nice thing about this particular tag-card, you can use scraps and waste almost no paper at all.    No assembly notes--this goes together easily folds flat for mailing and if you join (with the provided hinge dies) several of these tag books together you have a great mini album with nice size framed image areas for pictures.   I am closing this one with a tiny decorative clothes pin.

Matty's Romantic Pocket box

This is a box created with Matty's Romantic Pocket Die.  This is a VERY large die 6" x 5.25", so the box itself ends up being abot 4 1/2" square and almost 6" tall.  The white diecut is cut from Neenah Solar White 110# paper and adhered to some very old DP from an almost used up paper pad.  NO other information.  The top large flower is cut from Tim Holtz Tattered Flowers, 2 little buds made of mulberry paper from Wild Orchid Crafts, 2 different leaf dies,  a Fleur di Lis corner punch and some purple accent and punched stamens inside the large flower. The Skipping "Bestie" is one of the darling Besties created by Sherri Baldi.  The white filigree flower base on top of the box isone of the Spellbinders "flourish" dies (I think!)  Rhinestones and Nuvo Crystal Glaze complete the embellishments

Diamond Painting--Between big projects fun

Really having fun getting some journals ready for the craft fair this year.  Two others, (sold) are not shown.  No picture can capture their sparkle and design.

Heart Pocket Die Birthday Card

This Birthday Card is made with the Matty's Crafting Joy Heart Pocket Die. This is a VERY large die and is not used as a pocket on this A2 sized card.  A white (and distressed sponged --wisteria wonder ink) diecut is adhered to lavender cardstock.  The flowers are from my stash and are touched with Nuvo crystal glaze, micro beads and rhinestones.  The Birthday sentiment is from Iris stampset by Technique Tuesday.  I used the die as a stencil for the inside card area and the inside sentiment is from a Penny Black Stampset.
