Origami Gift flip out box

Origami Gift Box original tutorial by Vicki Hook 2016.  (Unavailable)   This box is created with black cardstock and Graphic 45 Paper from the Raining Cats and Dogs Collection (Cats Meow) 4500957. The butterfly is from the Sixxiz thinlets set #661182 Detailed Butterflies.  The Butterfly is cut from shimmer cardstock and black, with a vellum underlay.  It is edged with Graphic 45 matching inks and stickles.  This is a Scor-Pal project with a 1/8" scorboard helpful.  The box is close to a 3" cube.

A Special Thank You

This Mini Flip--Pop 'n Twist Thank you card is for my BFF. She sent me the greatest crafting "must have's" for my birthday and so here's the fun thank you card, I made for her..  The star background is by Granny  Enchanted  solid cardstock is from SU and the Owl (of course) rhinestone sticker is by Recollections (Michaels.)  Thi8s tiny flip out die doesn't come with instructions, but one very good tutorial for this size is by Shrshti Patil  She doesn't use this die, rather builds the same size card from scratch.

Double Diamond Card

A fancy folds card using this design (created by Lisa Curcio) called Double Diamond Card is one of my choices for the May Papers N Pixels Club meeting this year. This starts with a 4" x 10" piece of paper that is folded to create this wonderful multidimensional  card that flattens for easy mailing. There's plenty of room on the back for a personal note.

Papers N Pixels-=--March 18th

Just in time for Easter, we'll have wonderful fun with the Stable Door Card, under the direction of President Clareene Forbes. Creating a Stable Door card is easy: Fold 8 1/2" by 11" (Standard US Letter size cardstock)  in half at the 4 1/2" mark. Then fold that piece in half again, and cut half of the top off  to the foldline. Then embellish watching placement of your embellishments and labels.  You can create 2 cards from one sheet of  cardstock. See how Clareene so cleverly lined up and matched the Easter Eggs to the background on this card!

Or, consider creating a DOUBLE stable door.  Like Heidi Smith did Below.  Heidi has fabulous "fancy fold" tutorials on her UK website.

Card 11-5/8 x 5-3/4 inches

Score long at 3 7/8 (from both ends)

Turn to portrait and cut top and bottom section  (2-7/8 inches)
