Pop Up Tray Surprise Box

The surprise bunny that pops out when the box is opened

I made a couple of slide tray pop up surprise boxes for Easter little gifts.  The popup tray is inspired by Mixed Up Craft's tutorial.  The boxes are made with whisper white cardstock (SU) which is a little too lightweight.  (Prefer Neenah Solar  White 120#) The designer paper is from the gorgeous "Flutter" collection by Graphic 45.  The Filigree Bunny is a Simon Says Stamp die exclusive...it is backed with pink SU paper.  The grasses the bunny is sitting in are diecut from Hero Arts Thorntree and Grasses Dieset. The embossed sentiment is from LF Scripty Sayings, and is embossed one in pearl and the other in white EP.  The pop up medallion bunny is from my stash, as well as the Happy Easter sentiment that is inside the box tray.  I have a little exchange gift that will be part of a Red Hat event coming up, and I have packaged the tray inside a bunny pouch that is also from my stash, and I don't know who the designer is for that.  The large pouch box is printed on photopaper, with the gift tray wrapped in tissue edged with chive cutting kitchen scissors. The gift tray is about 7 inches long

Who ME?

Mini Pocket Page Matchbook Album

One fold open

 All Three folds Open

All inside pages and pockets

This little album is inspired by Kathy Orta in her video tutorial for a Mini Pocket Page Album There are dozens of places to put little photos or journaling cards, as the matchbook expands. They are blank in this example so that my DIL can fill them as she wishes.  The little matchbook is held closed with a magnet. The edge of the top flap is punch cut with a Martha Stewart Edge Punch. I have also used the Bellen Corner (MBO) and Penny Black's journaling lines from "life's Journals" stampset. Flowers are punched from the DP which is from a collection by SU. Pearls, nuvo clear drops and a tag punch set the basics for this delightful and fun project.

Sympathy

This sympathy card is created with vellum over acrylic, colored with Distress Markers and Wink of Stella from SU in "graceful glass" paper pack.  The butterflies are cut from glimmer paper from Memory Box Butterfly Branch dieset.  The front sympathy message is from Altenew "Wings of Hope" stampset.  It is Washington Irving's quotation:  "There is a sacredness in tears; they are not the mark of weakness, but of power. They speak more eloquently than ten thousand tongues.  They are messengers of overwheming grief and unspeakable love."  With sincerest sympathy, Kathy and Al in the loss of your beloved granddaughter Cassie.  May you find strength in the love of family and the warm embrace of friends.

This adorable card is made with Lawn Fawn's new Picture Changer Die, and a graphic created by Trina Clark Walker in the RETIRED Turtles Rock set.  The Inside Sentiment says "Turtles Rock"and "Embrace The Shell in Which You Dwell"

Be careful with this die---that you have the image you want on top to be cut with the LONG die, and the revealed image on the shorter piece.

The card below was cut wrong and rescued by positioning.  It is done with SU DP, and Melon Mambo paper. Double Popped up art piece only, not mounted or framed.  You just push the tab instead of pulling it.  Stamp on tab is from Push by Lawn Fawn
