At Joan's Gardens Challenge #7

Vellum, oval, and polka dots is the challenge this week. This card is created with Core-dinations paper by Ranger, and white vellum by Sweet Stamps, dotted with embossing folder Perfect Polka Dots (SU)  The little bear wtih the popsicle is created by Wendy Hall, and is diecut from Spellbinders Lacy Squares (S4-295).  The Fun Times sentiment is created by Paulette, and cut from Scalloped Ovals  Die  Spellbinders s4-113 Classic Scalloped Ovals. I overcut a smooth edged oval punch so only the top of the sentiment had the loops. The bottom edge is punched from a SU edge punch.
