Double Dutch Fun Fold Cards

 

This is such a fun design that creates unusual stand-alone cards.  The tutorial I used is found at Create with Dee   They are touched with Nuvo Aqua Shimmer, rhinestones and gold (Scripty) pen accents.

I chose graphics designed by Karen Schulz (Trick or Treat Collection) and Trina Walker to create this card with Designer paper from PhotoPlay.  Spider sticker is Recollections and the candy corn is by Jolee's stickers. I used Stampin Up's square dies for the perfect 1/4" layering and the font is Halloween Spider for the sentiment inside.Card Base is Neenah 110# white cardstock.  (Basic measurements are 10" x 3 7/8" and 8" x 2")

Tip as you build.  Create an artpiece that is multi-layered and covers well into the gate-fold doors at the bottom of the card.  Add magnetic catch if you wish and choose background paper that will not be affected by the design of the artpiece topper (as this would have been).
