By The Tide Birthday

This birthday card was created using basic gray cardstock, neutral textured cardsstock, and Timeless Textures stamps. (Tip Top Taupe and Crumb Cake).  The Fishes are stamped with memento black on a tri color watercolor washed paper, diecut, and placed over an under an acrylic window.
