At Joan's Gardens Challenge #3

Pretty border, pink and white, and have a heart---guidelines for the cards created during this week at Joan's Gardens. This card uses two embossing folders, one SU Sizzix "Perfect Polka Dots" on the Top Note die cut polka dotted pink paper,and the other the Flourish & Dots 65690 Sizzix embossing folder available at Joan's Gardens. Heartfelt Creations Timeless Amour is the diecut for the heart that I got at Joans. (Beautiful set, I've used a lot this week) 
 Organza ribbon bow is accented with a light pink inked edge Facial Tissue Carnation, inspired by the Wednesday Tutorial at SplitCoastStampers, by  Joanne Allison. The tiny pink roses (and textured leaves) are from I am Roses.com, and the sentiment to welcome a baby girl is from Pop Ups Etc.   The baby girl is due Feb 2
