At Joans Gardens Week Challenge Week 43

For this card I used a deboss technique.  The embossing is folder from Stampin Up.   I filled the snowflakes it made with one of the 3D crystal laqcuers on the market now, giving them a very glossy porcelain 3D effect. When that was dry I brushed Ranger's Diamond Stickles over the centers of the snowflakes.  The oval sentiment is on holographic paper, and created in Photoshop to match the soft turquoise-y blues in this card.
