At Joan's Gardens Week #43 Challenge

This week the challenge is to

Use something oval

Use an Embossing Folder

Create a Blue and White Card

Add a ribbon (maybe a bow).

The embossing/cutting folder I used was designed by Marianne Designs, and is Swirls # DS0907. The Ovals are created with and embossed with Spellbinders Classic Oval Dies.  Light blue snowflake paper is from a Paperpack by Recollections that is brushed with Sweet  Stamps White Die Inkpad.  The design is accented with Stickles "Diamond" glitter-glue accents, and embellished with holographic flourish stick-ons that mimic the lines of the Swirls die/embosser.  Organza ribbon, and vinyl sticker sentiment finishes the cardfront.  All supplies are available at Joan's Gardens, and the stickers came from PopUps-Etc.
