For my Pastor

I made this "Peace" card for my pastor, using the Nativity Scene Sidekick Frame by Poppy Stamps and the Filigree Peace stacked dies ---I cannot find the die, and cannot remember who created the beautiful set which I do remember contains a die for just the word Peace.

Blessings Pastor Dick this Christmastide and always.

Christmas card

Another Gnome Slider---and a Holly knot.idea.  (Memory Box Stitxched Holly Leaves)

Special Card

This card was created from a photo posted by Kathy L, the day that they got Marley, a little labradoodle ball of fluff..  The layout uses papers and designs by Raspberry Road in their "Christmas Joy" collection.Tied with gold thread, it held a folded paper note, but no inside sentiment so that Kathy can send it onto family.  I love to make special notecards for people to share.

Gnomies!

These little pillow box treat gnomes contain hershey nuggets and m&m's.  They are created with the Simon Says Stamp "Lil Gnome" dieset. Papers are either printed from my stash or cut from commercial papers. The beards are touched with Shimmer Goodness by TCW.  This little collection is a special order from our recent Craft Fair here in Sun City.

Gnomes are symbols of good luck. Originally they were thought to provide protection, especially of buried treasure and minerals in the ground.  They are still used today to watch over crops and livestock, often tucked into the rafters of a bar, or placed in a garden.  My favorite gnomes are gnomes I bought when I was in Sweden.

So CUTE!!!  These little guys Are from the same Simon Says Stamp "lil gnome" die as above,  But are in a surprise pop up window, (dieset  by  Sunny Studio).  The Gnome for the Holidays stamp is from the coordinating stampset found at SSS.  Inside the slide sentiments are SU stamps from "Bright and Beautiful2" and "Tin of Tags". "Warm Winter Wishes--and Mistletoe Kisses" and "Wishing you a bright and beautiful Christmas and a New Year that shines with happiness."The beards on these are done with snow writer heat-puffed pen, and most of them have Wink of Stella or shimmer paste of some kind on them. The straight line color at the base of the window slide is cut from quilling paper..

This is the Indian Corn Sprite created by Mitzi Sato Wiuff-colored with Prismacolor pencils, atop a string art frame over a digital paper designed by Karen Schulz in her kit "Backyard Party"
This card is a 5x7, sentiment not chosen yet.

I love the precious little Kitzuni Sprite by Mitzi Sato Wiuff (Aurora Wings) It is colored in Prismacolor pencils and accented in wink of Stella and Nuvo sparkle pens.  The background was created in Photoshop.  The string art frame is from the Alte New String Art Die, threaded and woven with ecru embroidery floss.  I have not chosen the sentiment for this card yet, and I might add nuvo drops at the base of each threadline and as intersection accents.
Another Fancy Fold Card a variation on a corner fold.  This is created with SU designer paper in Rich Razzleberry and yellow,  The Happy Birthday double die banner is bi Impression Obsession (#235-M).  The flowers are from punches, and the shaker fold down is filled with sequins and rhinestones, and edged with a bright gold line sticker (pop-ups-etc)
This fun shaker card was created with Sizzix 662276 Window Shaker and Pocket dieset.  The background paper was created with Turnabout Stamp from Thankful Leaves Bundle by Concord & 9th.  Leaves are cutouts and punches from scraps.  The inside card that pulls out of the pocket is holds a gift card envelope (the bottom one) that opens UP to reveal the gift card inside.  This time I used 1mm beads that came from an Amazon collection of Multicolor Beading Glass Seed Beads.  There are twenty colors in the bead set and I just picked from the colors I used with the distress and distress oxide inks on the 4 turn turnabout background.

Festive Wreath Slide Card

This special Birthday card was created with the Spellbinders Festive Wreath Die Set (June 2019 Large Die of the Month--by Spellbinders)  There are 21 dies and templates in this wonderful set.  The card was completed with  SU  papers, and stamps and vellum.

The Magical Mail Keep

This box on a pedestal is a Mail-Keep with one white envelope in it.  So often I'll finish my projects and then lose them on the desk before I get them into envelopes to mail.  Now the Mail Keep will keep them safe and ready to go.  The overall finished project is about 7 1/2" tall by 4 1/2" wide including the pedestal.
The front of this pedestal box is created with the cardfront of an absolutely spectacular alcohol inked background with the Hero Arts DI585 Fairy Window Fancy Die
Paper is SU Bermuda Bay and Basic Black, embossed with 3d Leaves EF by SU.  These are matted over silver cardstock on the sides and back of the card.  Tiny butterflies are punch outs from a Martha Stewart Edge punch.  Findings on the front include various types of sequins and jewels silk flowers and vellum cuts (actually from a snowflake for the filigree I wanted)- all from my stash).  The little feet on the box are by Darice Craftwood (JoAnns)The other fairies on the box are from Poppy Stamps and include Dancing Fairies Posing Fairy, River Fairy and Thoughtful Fairy.  The way to achieve such a beautiful Alcohol Inked background paper can be found on my friend Sandi MacIver's UTube Channel.   Check out her Simple Alcohol Techniques #1 video to see this EXACT cardfront that I used on this project.   Thank you Sandi, I will treasure this thoughtful card you sent me, and enjoy creating stunning backgrounds like yours for future projects.
