THE ITTY BITTY You see you do not have to make these pop outs great big. This one is created with SU DP and a stick-on butterfly and hearts. AND this one is created from a Gemini CRAFTERS COMPANION DIE called Exploding Box Twist and pop Mechanism ...(It contains dies for the whole thing---7 pieces, including the frames and the mechanism and the base!)
And Here at the end is the card that started everything. This technique and twist and pop out cards have been around for a DECADE or more, with each crafter who posts a new video sharing something that makes this fold easier and the mechanism for popping and twisting work more smoothly. This card uses a series of VERY OLD Penny Black drawings that are just so cute. They are colored with Prismacolor Pencils. The background paper, I made in Photoshop, and mounted the elements on black card base. It measures 5x5" x 4.25" it is embellished with gold sticker strips (from Pop Up etc) and with gold embossed a sentiment strip.. The little booklet on the top of the card opens to a stamped "You're HOW Old" image (SU)
