Tag Book

These wonderful 6x6 tag book cards are so much fun to make. Follow the instructions at Dawn's Stamping Thoughts.net

This is the back of the little flip flop tag book Birthday card---I really like the ribbon loosely tied in the back instead of knotted in the front. The papers and tags are all made and printed from Karen Schulz RETIRED Rambling  Rose Kit.  Sentiments (believe it are not) are copied off of a box of Truvia Sweetener packets. The little "tags" are cut using a SU flag punch..

This is the first tagbook I made.  I like it, but I learned on it to cut the tags just a teeny bit narrower --the mechanism works better if they have more play.  (But a wee bit of sanding on the edges of this one solved the problem) Designer paper in this one was from a 6x6 SU collection that I got years ago.  I used a Tim Holts paper distressing edger on this  tag book card.

Tags Mini Photo Album

This mini photo album is created from tags cut from Graphic 45's Large Tag ATG Tag and Flowers Metal Die Set. The base tags and mats are cut from Stampin Up Very Vanilla Cardstock. The kit I used was designed by Karen Schulz and is called Dreamin'of Daisies. (designed in 2017)  The project and templates for the Tags Mini Photo Album were designed by my friend Clareene and prepared for a class she will be teaching in Mesquite in September.   There may be a couple of additions to this little album including cutouts and embellishments not shown here.

2021 Calendar Project

I'm participating in a Calendar Challenge

at Digital Scrapbooking Studio using Calendar templates designed by Carin Grobe

We participate weekly designing 4 month's calendars until the year (and its covers) are complete and our gift calendars are ready to print.

This year I didn't do them by theme as I have in other years

---So each one is totally different from the one before.

Tea Bag Dispenser Project

Inspired by the beautiful dispensers you can see In Reene's Room this Tea Bag dispenser is made out of checkered paper (Carte Bella's "Buffalo Plaid, perched on black ball feet, and decorated with teacups that are brushed with 3Dcrystal Glaze and a little glitter. I still have some dangly teabag tags to make, and may even use real ones as I finish this off.   The Rosettes are made with a die and so is the large center flair under the white rosette on top.  The black jewel on top is a melted pony bead.
