Color Burst wishes

This all occasion card is bursting with vibrant color.  This is another background technique that we did in my recent backgrounds class for Papers N Pixels here in Mesquite.  These are Ken oliver colorburst powders sprinkled over white heat embossed flowers (a  Gina K stamp).  The Fairy is  the Posing  Fairy by Poppy stamps holding a sentiment that reads Have a Very Magical Day.
