This is a monochromatic artpiece using Aurora Wings "Siren" created for the Challenge # 52. Under the Sea.
She is worked in Prismacolor Pencils, wink of stella, glaze and glimmer pens, glitters and all shades of gray in pearls and rhinestones and tied with a silver, black and white ribbon. The inkwork that Mitzi did with this detailed and spectacular image is amazing, and I think best showcased with very little color to share the fine fine lines and detail.
This is a lovely color way, Priss! She looks silvery but has the air of warmth to her. Otherworldly yet very real ... like she'll start talking any moment. Love this! The CAS design with cute ribbon and pearl detail is wonderful, too. Thank you for joining us at Aurora Wings Challenge. Mitzi xx
ReplyDeleteThis is just stunning, Priss. Currently this is my favorite image and I love seeing the different treatments of her. Love your silvery sparkle and the tiny bow and pearls. Thanks so much for joining our 'Under the Sea' challenge at Aurora Wings. xxD
