Happy Little Mermaid
This little Spritely Mermaid with the Perky Tail was drawn by Mitzi Cato-Wiuff and can be purchased from her Ebay Aurora Wings Store. The card was created for the Aurora Wings Challenge #29 (Clean and Simple featuring a card with a central focal point, minimal embellishments and few (if any) layers. The inside of the card is embossed with a bubble background (by The Paper Studio) and contains sentiment "Make a wish on a Mermaid's Kiss" medallion on a "tag" (Spellbinders Fancy Tags 3-S5-030) That tag is just the right size to hold a gift card. The paper is plain white cardstock, and the medium is Prismacolor Pencils. The "pointilism" background is done with copics.
