Peace Rose Make a Wish Challenge #26.

Wishing you the happiest day ever!  (Sentiment drawn by Paulette of Create with  TLC).  Profile of a Woman with  Roses by Mitzi Sato-Wiuff, Aurora Wings.  Papers are  Tangelo Twist and Mossy Meadow (SU).  Colored with Prismacolor Pencils.  EF is Tim Holtz Swirls, and finish accents are stickles, orange rhinestones Wink of Stella and 3d Crystal glaze for dewdrops.  This is for the Make A Wish  blog  Challenge at Aurora Wings.
