At Joan's Gardens Week #21 Challenge -2

This week the challenge is:
Use pink and white

Use an Embossing Folder
Use a die for an opening on the front of the card.
Use leaves as accents

This card had a hard time coming together at first, (nothing seemed to fit!!!) But after it did, I was SO pleased with it.

The diecut hole in the the center is under an overlaid die cut (Moroccan Motifs by Spellbinders Shapeabilities.) That diecut is embossed with Sizzix dotted swiss embossing folder, heavily spritzed with Tattered  Angels Pearl Glimmermist. The opening is handcut using a tracing of the next smaller Moroccan Motif die's outer edge.  Below Moroccan Motif is a circle die cut through the patterned paper and the white paper showing the burnished pink cardstock below.  Edges are burnished with Stamin Up Rose Regal.  The letters for the word "thanks" are cut from glitter paper using Sizzix Sizzlits "Many Thanks."   The delicate white outer petals of the flower are diecut from a used dryer cloth spritzed with Tattered Angels Pearl Glimmermist.  That die is Marianne Designs Creatables #LR1056 (At Joan's Gardens Store) The inside petals with a pearl center are punched with a little punch by EK success and embossed with the dotted swiss embossing folder.  Fabric leaves are purchased.
