Shaker Variations

I am beginning to prepare for a workshop I am going to teach on creating Shaker Cards.   This first Card uses Pretty Pink Posh  "Hummingbird Thanks" dies and stampset,  and window frames dieset.  The hummers are colored with "Liquid Metals" by  Ken Oliver and Wink of Stella and stickles. Enamel dots, rhinestones and sequins finish the card.  The DP and Watermelon Wonder card base is from SU.

Still using the  WindowFrames dieset from Pretty Pink Posh, this card uses the negative of the card above and lawn fawn Scripty sayings embossed in Watermelon Wonder ink on Very Vanilla.  Butterfly is from my stash, but I may diecut another one to place there instead.  (Note to self. Don't forget anti-static pad on both the background AND lightly on the window.)

This is a see-through double window shaker.  Lots of fun to make.  the front sentiment is a graphic by Karen Schulz, and the inside is a sentiment circle by Paulette at TLCCreations, sized fussy cut, and printed on photo paper.  The four leaf clover is a Tim Holtz shamrock punch of green paper that has been brushed with green wink of stella.

This is the example card for the Sun City Papers N Pixels Paper Crafters Workshop.

Products used:  Graphics (various sources), Window Shaker Die (PPP), acetate,  Tim Holtz Four Leaf  Clover punch, rhinestones, holographic line stickers (Pop Ups Etc) Fun Foam, Scor-Tape, Wink of Stella, patterned paper (created in Photoshop), Dot Tape Runner, (Kukyuo), On Point glue (Imagine), foils and other stash papers for punching.

Dainty Tulle Window and sentiment inside the shaker printed on glossy paper "May the wings of the butterfly kiss the sun, and find your shoulder to light on."  DP from stash, butterfly is diecut from Spellbinder 315 Les Papillons.

This Valentine Shaker was created with SU designer paper and Real Red Cardstock, for my Husband.  The lines and tiny hearts are stickers from Pop Up Etc, and the small heart in the corner is Embosslits (SU) hearts.  The frame is a double stitched diecut, trimmed to be a frame. The sentiment is from Lawn Fawn's Happy Everything, Black Heat Embossed.

This shaker variations uses two pieces of tulle for a see through window.  The card base is Pacific Point blue, and the window frame is white, both are cut simultaneously from Spellbinder's 55-090 (Romantic Rectangles Etched Dies)  Sequins are from Pretty Pink Posh.  The fish are stamped on light blue with the Hero ARts Layered Fish Stampset using distress oxide, and glimmer pens with a touch of black sharpie detail.

This card uses the  Count My Blessings stamp (clear embossed  Tip Top  Taupe SU) on the Window Shaker diecut  is placed on the edge and pocketed with tulle.  The Flowers are all painted with Ken Olivers Liquid Metals paint and they are flower stidker outlines from Pop Ups Etc.  Almost all my sequins come from Pretty Pink Posh.
