Wedding Card

 Congratulations Ross and Barbara Doyel

Few cards have given me more pleasure than creating this wedding card for our friends  Rev. Ross and Barbara Parks Doyel, --our pastor and his bride who were married this month.  It is created with metallic watercolor on gold embossed stamp outlines, and decorated with diecuts, and pearls and embellishments. It is very delicate and shimmery, which doesn't show on the web post.

The inside sentiment was a copy of the

  Apache Wedding Blessing.

"Now you will feel no rain, for each of you will be shelter for the other.

Now you will feel no cold, for each of you will be warmth to the other.

Now there will be no loneliness, for each of you will be companion to the other.

Now you are two persons, but there is only one life before you.

May beauty surround you both in the journey ahead and through all the years

. May happiness be your companion

and your days together be good and long upon the earth."

The tablet folios Papers n Pixels workshop August 18, 2022

I cannot stop making these---they are so handy to have, and such nice gifts to give  an etsy store and the  tutorial is  found at May May Made It

Here are some of the members of the Sun City Papers n' Pixels Club at the last summer SIG of 2022.  The summer workshops are "Special Interest Groups"    Every folio turned out SO wonderfully, and we had a GREAT time, working through some of the tricky cuts and sizes to make folios WITH or  WITHOUT pen holders.

Special Tablet Folio

For my very talented and most caring friend Linda Villanueva:  She's a great singer, dancer and ukulele player.

🌻🌻💓💓💓💗🌻🌻

Linda loves sunflowers. They symbolize happiness, optimism, honesty, peace,  loyalty, admiration and devotion., all qualities found in the love and personality of  Linda.. The sunflower is the happy flower that's always facing the sunny side of life.  Here they are merged into the color scheme of the Mesquite Cafe Blues Band's logo for this tablet folio I made for her.

Halloween Cards

First of the Graphic 45 "Charmed" Halloween Cards from the Monthly Card Kit --August, 2022
The cards this month are fun pop-up cards, easy and quick to make, and a fantastic kit to work with.

Another card with Graphic 45 Halloween papers---this one was inspired by Lisa Curcio's tutorial "Twisted Fun Fold Card (Lapel Card)" and was created with G45 Halloween in Wonderland collection

Very unique opening with the fancy folds.  Room to write greeting or sentiment.  Just a great design for lots of things, with the surprise reveal

Still working with the Graphic 45 Halloween "Charmed" papers and elements, this card contains a surprise slider inside and a little witch from another designer.  The Window Pop Up  Dieset is from Sunny Studio.

The little witch says "Beware of a witch and a black hoodoo--For they are coming to capture you!"

Love this one template #3 from G45 this month's Card Kit using "Charmed."  Inside is a little pop up witch on a broom, and a pocket for whatevers!
