Tower Card

This easy and really clever fun-fold "Tower Card" was inspired by Lisa Curcio at LisasStampStudio I used graphic elements designed by Laurie Furnell found in in her Esty Shop called Folk Santa, and designer paper from SU.

Double Pop-Out Tri Fold

This card was inspired by Dawn Griffith at Dawn's Stamping Thoughts.  It is created with SU papers and dP's and graphics by Laurie Furnell designs in her Etsy store.

This card is SUPER SUPER Easy to make, and so versatile.  All you need are cutting dimensions
8 1/2 x 11 Cut at 9"  (S&F at 3", 6", then turn and cut at 5 1/2" and fold both pieces M-V-M)
3 pieces  DP at 2 3/4" x 5 1/4"
3 pieces DP at 2 3/4" x 2 3/4"
2 basic white art pieces at 2 1/2" x2 1/2" (Stamp on these squares--instead I used Laurie Furnell Autumn graphics)

Happy 34th Birthday Ross

The tutorial for the Inside Out Card was designed Mixed Up Crafts card that Sam Calcott had shared on her site. And is MODIFIED from the 6x6design she shared.

Cut 2 pieces of solid cardstock 5" x 5 1/2".  Along the 5 1/2" side, score both at 1/2". Burnish.
Cut 1 piece 4 3/4" x  4 3/4" for back piece. (A sentiment may be placed there, or a note)
Cut 1 piece 4 3/4" x  4 3/4" for front piece...that says "Please Turn me inside out"
Cut 1 piece 4 3/4" x  4 3/4" for 'Happy Birthday' sentiment.
Cut 1 piece 4 3/4" x  4 3/4" for inside back piece.

The placement of the embellishments, and mats and the mechanism for the Inside Out flop over flap can be tricky. Tip:  gently and lightly TACK your 4 3/4" pieces lightly with removable tape, and be careful to adhere the acrylic supported graphics to the correct side of the 1/2 inch side of the paper. (use thick acrylic packaging cut in strips ...not window acrylic weight.

When the card is open, the back flap becomes an easel perch for the card

Happy Medicare Birthday Jimmy

Happy Birthday Jimmy,
The goose is a symbol of loyalty and courage. This animal displays a high level of loyalty, devotion, and fearlessness.  When the goose comes into your life, you get a new sense of purpose.
You get a better understanding of the best way to run your life.
The goose spirit totem encourages you to evaluate your life. In this manner, you can decide what is worth keeping and what you need to discard.
Of course, this is important if you are to make the right life-changing decisions.
Also, the goose spirit empowers you to handle stressful situations more effectively. People with this totem are able to appreciate the beauty around them. They have a keen eye for their surroundings. And when the goose totem comes into your life, you are able to protect all and all those that you hold dear.
Love you Jimmy, and the stories from the lore of the Native Americans.  So here’s a Canada Goose for LUCK on your Birthday

Stampsets were SU Wetlands, and Waterfront, goose watercolor image from clipart and sentiment Goose totem facts from internet.

And Don’t forget to

JOURNEY!
Wherever you go, Andrew,
GO
With all your heart.

This is called a Spanner Panel Card.  Panels are cut with a clear piece of acrylic across them, and embellishments (and or sentiments) are placed on the bridge span.  The card flips open to a top fold mini panel that opens to the main greeting of the card.  Fun to make, this card was inspired by Lisa Curcio at Lisa's Stamp Studio The mortarboard and diploma are from Graduation DieSet B556 by Cheery Lynn Designs.

For Georgia's Graduation Present, we bought her new tires for the Kia car that we bought her when she graduated from High School.  This is the outside of that card.  Michelin man from internet and paper from Melanie Britt Digitals at her Esty store. The Cap's border was in my files and I have no idea who designed that frame.  This is the outside of her card.

 And this is the inside
