Folded Christmas Trees

These cards use SU DP's and stickers. The stamps are SU from Christmas Messages stampset. The swirls in the white card's trees are from the negative space of the Tonic Studios Dot and Drop Paisley Edge. The EF is script Merry Christmas. Directions for these trees folded out of half-circles and DP can be found at Spltcoast Stampers, Beate John's tutorial.  I am honored to have this project chosen in Splitcoast Stampers "Favorites of the Week" (ending Dec 8, 2018)

A Personal Photo Card

The card was created using Snickerdoodle Designs by Karen's Christmas Kit "Sweet Christmas" The sentiment reads "Whatever is beautiful, Whatever is meaningful, Whatever brings you happiness, May it be yours this Holiday Season and throughout the New Year."  The inside is a recent picture of us, worked into one of the frames in the Sweet Christmas Kit.  Note to self:  It's very nice if you save it where you can find it so you don't have to totally recreate the card when you need to print more!  LOL

A Shaker window

O how easy---and HOW MUCH fun to make a Shaker Card that REALLY works perfectly. This one has a pocket for a gift or gift card, or envelope which is on a tag I made that fits inside the shaker pocket.  The die is by Lindsey Serata and is Sizzix Thinlits 661851 (from Scrapbook.com).  The Papers are from my stash except the Pearl cardstock which is one of the Stardream metallics (Amazon). The little foxy Christmas sticker is out of the packaging, but I got them at Michaels.

Stickers N Stars

These cards were created following the "Assembly Line" tips from Splitcoast Stamper this week in Lisa Foster's tutorial.  The stickers are ornaments over Navy blue paper.  The sentiment is from SU bright and Beautiful gold embossed.  The star spary is a die called "Starry" by Penny Black from creative Dies.  The inside sentiment is stamped on a  Top Note diecut and is the retired "the gift of peace" by Penny Black (2010).  Gold foil mats the artpiece and the card is Night of navy top fold (SU)

Owlets Study Pals

It is very close to finals week at UCSB, so I sent my DGD some little owl pillow boxes that she can share with some of her sorority sisters after she puts Ghirdelli Squares in them.  Wishing them good luck, and good grades as they bring the Fall Quarter of 2018 to a close.

They use the retired Lawn Fawn "Give a Hoot" owl dieset which wraps around a 6" long pillow box I made with the Pillow Box punch board by WeR Memory keepers.  I made as many as would fill the flat rate box, and had a wonderful time, putting a little golden key on each owl and adorned them with a glitter holly sticker.

And here they are all put together ready to give to her Kappa Sisters this final day of "dead week"   Finals next week. Good Luck Kappas.  NAIL EM!
