Splitcoast Stampers---Card Clutch
This was the Wednesday Tutorial this week at Splitcoast Stampers presented by Dee Slater The directions are easy to follow and the clutch is a lot of fun to create and share. I used a magnet closure, and with the specified card size (3 1/2 x 5) cards inserted the magnet is not strong enough to hold all the layers and keep the clutch closed or a bar shaped magnet instead of round washer/magnet combination. So the final application for this project will be separate cards---and coupons in the pockets! Next clutch I'll use a tie or buckle closure
SU Designer paper, Lost Lagoon color ink, 2014-2016 "In Color Designer Series" paper stack, Eastern Beauty diecuts and stickers, Fancy Sentiments by Just Rite Stamps, Butterfly by Memory Box. Big Hugs diecut (not sure) Petite Petals, SU, and ribbons and other findings.
Cards and envelopes ready for embellishments. 2014-2016 SU In Color Designer Series Papers.

Splitcoast Stampers Basket Weave Tuck and Fold
I have the paper template from a decade ago in both large and small folds tuck and folds. And somewhere a die that is for this fancy fold edge. The dies I have for tuck and folds came from PopUps Etc ge\o-die collection but I can't find them today, I did this technique with two sided Christmas Paper in 2012.
But it is just as fun and easy technique when you cut with and from the template Kelley provided and ends up with a card with a totally different twist. I followed the tutorial by Kelley Acheson at Split Coast Stampers in her Wednesday Technique Spotlight today.
The card is created with SU Basic Gray paper, DP by Echo Park (Off Road) twine from Really Reasonable Ribbon, and Birthday diecut from Hello You- (SU) and stamp from Petite Pairs stampset.
