Halloween thoughts

This card was created with Thoughtful Branches Die by SU, that is Tangelo Twist paper sprinkled with copper embossing powder.  Sentiment is embossed in black and is f rom SU Seasonal Sayings collection.  The first matte is  Halloween Paper created by Tracy Wray and the artpiece mat (Shimmer paper) is stamped with one of the Gorgeous Grunge dies (SU).  The open leaves are a LR0156 by Marianne Createables.

Inlays

It was so much fun to follow Jennifer McGuire's tutorial for Stripes and Inlays.  The scraps in Night of Navy and coordinating papers (SU) and the SU Hello You Thinlits "Happy", and the Lawn Fawn "Happy Everything" birthday embossing made a fun project today.

Tim Holtz 661604  Treeline  Thinlit is embedded in a Distress Inked (Concord and Blue Print) Pacific Point Blue sky, with every piece of tiny sky inlaid among the trees.   Santa's Sleigh Ride thinlit (SU) cut from glitter paper is the front piece.  The sentiment Jingle All the Way (a SU stamp) may be stamped and embossed on vellum to complete this card.  I haven't decided on any sentiment for the front of this card yet.  Time consuming construction, but fun.

RIP Dear Friend

This was created for the wife of a dear friend who passed away last week.  Wishing you strength and comfort, Judy in knowing others care, and share your loss today.  We will all miss him so!

This card was created with a Sympathy stamp from the Just Right  Fancy Sentiments stampset, and sentiment stamps from Thoughts and Prayers (SU), with Crumb Cake and Tip Top Taupe papers and matting, and with the artpiece created with The Marianne Designables DS50907 cutting and embossing folder. Journaling cards by  Karen Schulz are backing the cutout and creating the journaling area for the inside of this card. 

Butterfly Wishes

I love this graphic "Eye Butterfly" by Aurora Wings.    This detailed mask  is colored with Prismacolor Pencils and came out so pretty The inside is a TLC Creations word art that says "May the wings of the butterfly kiss the sun, and find your shoulder to light on."  The black top fold card is double mounted and the cut away reveals the I Love You sentiment from Lawn Fawn's Scripty  Sayings stampset.

This adorable little Miss created by Mir An is colored in Prismacolor Pencils, finished with wink of stella, 3d crystal glaze, and gellyroll glitter pens.  It is a Good Luck  "Z" fold card that opens to say "Take it One Step at a Time.  Our hearts and thoughts are with you." 
 The sentiment stamp is from SU Thoughtful Branches stampset, and the paper is part of SU designer series paper that goes with the Botanical collection as well as mattes from Cajun Craze and So Saffron by SU
