This card was inspired by a technique tutorial by Sandi MacIver at StampingandBlogging.com in her member's area. For this card I used SU DP from "Stacked with Love" the SU Hearts stencil, Real red and Regal Rose inks, the SU embosslits Fashionable Hearts, and SU pearls.
The little lovebird is an EK Designs (Jolee) embelli. The corners are edged with the scallop chomp-a-dile (and I don't like it left alone..I'm going to put a heart with the point forming the corner under all the corners to square it up and accent the "heart shape" that will be formed of the scallop cut.) The largest heart is cut from Sizzix 675561 Hearts (dieset smallest heart). Changes I would make would be to watch the directionality of the teeny black and white hearts on the DP so that this card might be top, instead of side-folded. My Love You sentiment is stamped on vellum from the Just Right Fancy Sentiment stampset. AGAIN---pay attention to what you do with the "do not discard" top for the Staz-On ink that you stamp on vellum. I found that the inkpad needed to be reinked to get a tack sharp image, and since it hadn't been when I stamped this, I went over the sentiment with a black Sakura Glaze pen. My vellum is tacked down with vellum tape, which is virtually invisible. There are no embellishments where that tape has been applied. There are lots of possibilities to the "blushing stencil" design. Thanks Sandi for the ideas. It is for a card like this that I am SERIOUSLY considering working with Craft attitude printable film and some digital graphic sentiment lines instead of stamping on vellum. The printable film simply is "ironed on" or laminated into your base.

Lotus Birthday Pop Up
This card was inspired by Julie Davidson in her Wednesday Techniques Tutorial for a Pop Up Diorama Card. I used SU Hello Honey and Blackberry Bliss papers, ribbons and inks. The Happy Birthday sentiment is from SU stampset Elementary Elegance, and the INSIDE sentiment is from Impressions Obsessions Maya stampset and reads: "Life is pure adventure, and the sooner we realize that the quicker we will be able to treat life as Art." The inside detail is SU Designer Washi tape (Stamped with Love) on Hello Honey. The Butterfly is from Le Papillon 2 dieset. (a Spellbinder die). The yellow outline flower is centered with Wink of Stella clear and so is the butterfly's body.

Get Well Shadow box Window Card
I was inspired for this card by the pretty shadow box card created by Barb HERE. I used SU designer paper from the Moonlight collection, and coordinating cardstock. SU's teeny tiny wishes stamp and some grosgrain to finish the card. For coloring, I used SU Blendabilities (Rich Razzleberry) collection, and the blue collection (as well as Tim Holtz distress markers) The graphic is by Elizabeth Bell.
Inside there are fitted triangular cuts of the coordinating paper on the right hand side, under the inside sentiment and note area. They are 4 x 1 1/2 inch strips cut diagonally and placed in the upper left and lower right corners underneath the ivory square cut sentiment area...for a "sorry you are under the weather" sentiment!

One Sheet ATC Book
This tutorial was designed and filmed by Dina Kowal at Splitcoast Stampers and was the Wednesday Challenge January 7th. The first attempt at the watercoloring and the stamping was so much fun. Thank you Dina for the wonderful project. I used Mava (#Cl559) stampset by Impression Obsession, Night of Navy and Whisper White paper by SU, Clear stickles and pearls for embellishment and touches of Wink of Stella in both silver and clear for this project. The corner punch is a We Are Memory Keepers Corner Cropper. (Deco and ticket)
You will have some extra sheets left over that you have watercolor washed. Use them for an artpiece on a card.
A second ATC book is so sweet. I used stamps from Maya, from Painted Petals (SU), and others from Close to My heart and my stash. I've used Rich Razzleberry papers and inks, and Wild Wasabi ink (SU). Prismacolor pencils, Gamsol, liquid pearls and Wink of Stella are used on the cover, a stamp designed by Dufort (Jade Dragonne)
