Twist N Pop Card

One tutorial for making twist and pop cards is at Graphic 45 by Charee
These unique cards that open to a surprise are wonderful for ANY OCCASION. Another place to find a good tutorial for these Twist and Pop Cards is at Shrushtipatil's site. Another very good tutorial for these is found at.  Maymay Made it.

All of the Graphics and design elements in this card are in the Holiday Hoopla digital scrapbooking kit designed by Karen Schulz

The same design by Charee was used for this twist and pop using papers and Elements from the "Mischief is my Name" collection by Karen Schulz.

Scrap Salad Cards

On December 17, seven members filled the Covid-restricted allotment of participants for our regular Papers N Pixels meeting.  The workshop was led by Clar and Priss and showed members a quick and fascinating way to get into those scrap hoards and make a wonderful card.  They ranged from birthday wishes and thank you's to get wells, and wishing all our members could be here to join the fun.

Autumn Thank You

The artpiece is from Graphics Fairy, Friday Vintage Images, printed on glossy photo paper and mounted on craft cardstock.  Additional leaves are cut from second prints of the card.  The "top note" notecard is tucked among the leaves for a personal message.  The font I used is "Exiles"

Recruitment KKG at Santa Barbara

I created this card for the President of the Kappa Chapter at UCSB (2020-2021) Sammi K..  I met Sammi at Kappa Convention in Denver a couple of years ago. New Member recruitment will be very different this year as all the Greek Letter Fraternities are going VIRTUAL as they choose their new member classes.  Kappa Kappa Gamma is 150 years old this year, and all celebrations for the Sesquicentennial will be Virtual UNTIL we can meet again.

Good Luck Santa Barbara Kappas, and Sammi, as you
put on your new Kappa face coverings and
share the ideals of Kappa Kappa Gamma at UCSB

 For the Chapter President

The "key paper is by American Crafts #320315.  and the die cut front is from Whimsey Stamps, one of the Thin-Line Card Builder Dies .  Can be used to cut the pierced and shaped border, and with or without three pierced framed cutouts in the center.  In this one I put three "owl" paper clips. These are created with the Stampin Up owl builder punch, and are removable from the cards.  The face covering Kappa masks come from GreekGear.com a source for Fraternity and Sorority apparel

And this card below with a mask full of keys, went to our Granddaughter, at Epsilon Psi
