Laughter to Memories--Flower Box Pop Out Card

This card has the cutest little pop up box of flowers to surprise the recipient. Designed by Beryl's Crafty Creations and sold at Card Making Downloads this card is fun to continue to embellish. I used Rangers Stickles and Buttercup Pearls for this, plus a window button from SU on the ribbon.  There's plenty of room for personalization in the matching oval window on the back of the card.

Judith Howells' Peek-a-Boo Valentine and Thelma Rhode'sTriangle Card

This dramatic card was designed by Judith Howells, and can be purchased at Instant Creative Card Downloads.  The inside sentiment is gold embossing powder on a Stampin Up Seasonal Sayings stamp (SU 128009).  Amber colored rhinestones complete the card. A matching envelope comes with this set.

This "Triangle Card" card is designed by Thelma Rhodes and is sold at Instant Cardmaking  Downloads
This is extremely detailed fussy cutting, but produces just a gorgeous card (with a great area for a personal note on the back.)

LOVE THOSE PIXELS! Love my printer too!

Set 12--Frame Easel

This beautiful card is another from the Card Making Downloads site. I added Stickles accents, and some rhinestones.  I am looking for heavy two side inkjet printable paper for projects like this one.

Piano Card and Valentine

At our January meeting of Papers 'N Pixels Crafting Club in Mesquite, Kathy Legan, a Stampin Up demonstrator, showed us how to make some pretty nifty cards.
The top one, a cute piano is made with several SU products:  Backyard Basics, made the tulips, and the Word window punch created the piano keys.  The sentiment is from Just Right Stamps Musical Notes Labels 20 and is embossed with Sweet Stamps pearl fine embossing powder.  It reads "Music washes away from the Soul the dust of Everyday Life." The detail on silver shimmer paper under the tulips is done with a Paper Studio A2script embossing folder.

The valentine is created using the Simply Scored Borders scoring tool from SU, the Laser cut heart is from DSP More Amore.  I used Textured Impressions (hearts) border embossing folder burnished with Viva's silver Inka Gold paint, and laid a white satin bordered ribbon over the center strip.  The stamp in the middle is from SU's Perfectly You stamp set.

Circle Flower-Pop Up Box Birthday Card

This card was inspired by the tutorial by Monica Gale at SplitCoast Stampers.  And I used the tutorial for a "circle flower" challenge written by Joan (TLC463)  I used K&Company designer paper from the ancestry.com collection, Stampin Up products:  organza flowers, 7/8 inch scalloped circle punch, dies in the Label card die set, Island Indigo ink, and Teeny Tiny Wishes and A Round Array stamps.
I also used Memory box Die Fauntleroy Crest (98222) for some of the flourish detail, and rhinestones and ribbon accents.

Cheez Thank you!

This card is made with papers and elements designed by Karen Schulz in her kit "Cheez the One" available at Snickerdoodle Designs by Karen.  The unique pop up box card tutorial was written by SplitCoast Stampers Monica Gale for a January 2014 challenge at SplitCoast Stampers.  The stamps I used were SU's A Round Array, and the coordinating scalloped 7/8" punch.  The sentiment on the back of this pop-up card is a personal note to Karen.  I will finish this card with a belly-band to hold it closed, easily removable to reveal the surprise inside the pop-up.  I also used one of the Spellbinder's Fancy Framed Tags Two dies (S5128), rhinestones, stickers (from Pop Ups Etc) and ribbons to complete this card.
