At Joan's Gardens Challenge #7

This week Joan's Challenge is to use vellum paper, an oval and polka dots.

A piece of blue Vellum (The Paper Company ) is embossed with Sizzix 656980 Flourish and Dots EF.  I trimmed the top of the vellum away from the polkadot area and the flourish and adhered it with Scotch brand vellum adhesive (which does not show through vellum) The vellum is burnished with Distress ink (evergreen branch) and adhered over decorative paper which has light green leaves and glittered butterflies from a Colorbok paper pack.  The Vellum Butterfly was first stamped in fine-detail white ink by Sweet Stamps and  using Sweet Stamps #438 stamped onto blue vellum.  Then I worked the butterfly in Pergamano technique and pressed it out using the four-needle Pergamano edging tool.  All those supplies came from At Joan's Gardens.  The teeny butterfly is punched from the same background paper, using Sizzix Embosslits Beautiful wings (SU) and the other butterflies are inside the card  each body using Ranger Silver Pearl Liquid Pearls.  Thank you sentiment is from a clear stamp set from my stash, and it is punched with a scalloped oval punch.
