At Joan's Gardens Week #43 Challenge

Use an oval, use blue and white, add a ribbon.
This card uses core-din-ations blue paper by Ranger, embossed then sanded with Sizzix 656944 Snow Flurries embossing folder. The skates are Marianne Creatables die # LR0247 and the lighter blue paper is by Moxie.  Stakes are spritzed with Shimmer mist, and background is lightly burnished with blue ink.
